Join us for a plein air workshop in Old Town State Park on Midsummer, the longest day of the year. Outdoor studies are the key to painting successful landscapes in the studio; plein air painting is an excellent way to observe color, light, and aerial perspective. This workshop will focus on composition and color mixing with a limited palette. Each day will begin with a demo and conclude with a group critique. Old Town State Park is colorful and provides a unique opportunity to paint picturesque markets and cafés and historic architecture.

Meet up at the Old Town Cygnet Theater parking lot at 1440 Twigg Street in Old Town State Park.
