About One of One: 

Founded in spring 2025, One of One is a San Diego–based Philippine specialty coffee pop-up. The owners aim to preserve and share stories through coffee while crafting high-quality beverages with mostly organic ingredients and house-made syrups using no refined sugars. Meet Kristin:

Kristin, the founder of One of One, is a purpose-driven San Diego native passionate about bringing people together. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, specialty coffee, and retail, she combines her skills and knowledge to serve the community through meaningful pop-up experiences and excellent quality drinks.
