Take your collage to a whole new level by combining multiple artistic mediums. In this versatile, experimental hands-on workshop we will be creating one of a kind, abstract compositions, combining the traditional techniques of collage and mixed media. We will blend layered textures by applying elements of color, mark-making, image transfer, stamping, text & imagery from magazines as our source medium. With total creative freedom to build rich, textured, layered compositions, you will be creating totally unique works of art, exhibiting depth, narrative and visual interest!
WHAT WE WILL USE:
Paper, Paint, Crayon, Oil pastels, Stamps, found imagery/text, (from magazines)
HOW WE WILL USE IT:
Painting, Cutting, Tearing, Sticking, Gluing, Stamping, Creating!
