A one-day, beginner-friendly introduction to white-line woodcut printmaking. Learn to carve a design into a wood block, apply watercolor to the matrix, and hand-pull prints to create a beautiful, mosaic-like effect. This method shares similarities with mokuhanga, the traditional Japanese woodblock technique. Enjoy a relaxed day of carving and printing.
