The Athenaeum presented eighteen of Philipp Scholz Rittermann landscape photographs. In these works, he explored the idea of seeing a landscape versus remembering one. While his panoramas invoke a sense of openness and inclusiveness, his dioramas are more mysterious and invite speculation on the subject’s matter and size.
