Jefferson Jay's 'Acoustic Evenings' at Athenaeum celebrates 10th anniversary this month

There are at least two key reasons Jefferson Jay stands out from the countless other musicians who have performed over the years at La Jolla’s Athenaeum Music & Arts Library.
Intriguingly, neither of them pertain to fact that, in 2011 and again in 2016, he created and sustained what Jay accurately described as “the largest ‘365 project’ in the history of the World Wide Web.”
