Susi Stone Ankenbrandt, a local artist and gallery owner, expresses a passion for natural beauty and untamed hue in her exhibition of oil paintings. Ankenbrandt studied at the Coronado School of Fine Arts, the University of Florence, Italy, and received her B.A. in art in 1966 at UCLA, where she trained under David Hockney.
