Piano great Mike Wofford to shine in two all-star concerts here in same week

Mike Wofford is very likely the only pianist anywhere whose recording and performing credits range from such vocal legends as Ella Fitzgerald, James Brown, John Lennon and Donna Summer to such jazz instrumental giants as James Moody, Joe Pass, George Lewis and Charlie Haden. He also has at least 16 solo albums to his credit, beginning with 1966’s acclaimed “Strawberry Wine.”
